All I know is that the name's Japanese, heh.� Copied this from a source: "Its name may be a portmanteau of the Japanese words パチパチ pachipachi, meaning electric crackling, and 栗鼠 risu, meaning squirrel."
But yeah, it's even more adorable in action. <3 zomg! so cute!
